5-story residential building completed in 1890. It is clad in red brick (painted on the upper floors). The ground floor has a narrow, slightly-recessed central entrance with a glass door. On either side is a square, 2-over-2 window with dark-grey metal framing and a brick sill. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with projecting, bracketed brownstone sills and cornices. At the top floor the windows are round-arched and have a thin sill course above brick chevrons. Brownstone bands connect the bases of the arches, each of which has a keystone. The original roof cornice has been removed.
