5-story Beaux-Arts residential building completed in 1890. It is clad in red-painted brick and limestone. The 1st floor and basement levels are completely clad in rough-faced, rusticated limestone. The central entrance has a glass door and sidelight of glass blocks, atop a small set of steps; the door is set halfway between the basement and 1st-floor levels. On either side are two tall, narrow windows with iron grilles above similar basement windows on the west side.

The upper floors have two bays of paired windows set in keyed stone surrounds. Elaborately carved pilasters divide the windows in each pair, and equally fanciful stone spandrel panels feature rosettes and other foliate ornament between the floors. At the 4th floor the bays are segmental-arched at the tops. A thin stone cornice sets off the top floor, which has four bays of single-windows in simple stone surrounds. A black iron fire escape runs down the facade, with full-width landings on the 2nd-4th floors, and a narrower landing at the top floor. The facade is topped by a simple stone coping.
