5-story modernist commercial building completed in 1978. Designed by Rothzeid Kaiserman Thompson & Bee, it has a slotted white stone facade. The ground floor has a deeply-recessed entrance at the left, with a glass door. To the right is a plate-glass storefront. Four projecting flagpoles top the ground floor. The upper floors have very short slot windows located high on each floor, running from very near the east edge of the facade, over toward the west, where there is 4-stepped beveling that frames the left and top sides of the facade.

The building is occupied by the flagship store of Norma Kamali clothing.
