Molle Hotel, currently administrative and shopping building.

It was built in 1910 following the design of the Italian professor and architect Mariana Pernigoni. The last floor was added later.
This is the first building in Plovdiv with steel concrete slabs and lift, and probably also the first building with local steam heating.
The main facade is symmetrical, in the classicist style on the example of the Italian palaces, but with Secession influence in the details. A remarkable balance in the horizontal and vertical division has been achieved.
The building dominates the square space owing to its beautiful proportions and skilfully executed details and elements.
It is a monument of culture of local significance.
