Northeast of Mutorok Peak (1970.5 m) and west of Keltepe Peak (1551.6 m) - flatness with very small slopes, which allows to retain more humidity, covered with forests and meadows. In the locality there is the Mahalata resort area, a forest lodge (Teshovskii punkt) and the "Gornomlashka livada" shelter. The name of the locality comes from the local dialect - "mlaka", which means a waterlogged, swampy, wet place.
