4-story residential building completed in 1901. The 4-bay facade is faced in white-painted brick above a low, grey-green-painted ground floor that is enclosed by a black iron fence. The entrance is in the east bay, with a white wood door; the two bays middle have short windows with black wooden exterior shutter, and the west bay has a larger with also with exterior shutters.

The upper floors have windows with black wooden exterior shutters and flat, white-painted stone sills. The exception is the 2nd-from-east window on the 2nd floor, which is shorter and situated higher, with a segmental-arched top and no shutters. The next window to the east also has a segmental-arched top. The facade is topped by a pair of grey metal roof cornices with brackets and swagged panels.
