Mixed-use complex of offices and apartments in the former flagship store of the Boston Store department store chain.

The six story building facing West Wisconsin Avenue was constructed in 1905, while the nine story addition to the south was completed in 1920.

Following a 2000 renovation, the buildings included a, 130,000 sq. ft., Boston Store on the first and second floors and corporate offices for the merchandising and marketing operations of Bon Ton and Boston Stores and their 800 employees on the upper stories. The top four floors have been remodeled into 74 residential units, with residential parking provided in the converted basement of the building.

The store closed in 2018.
