(Formerly Uihlein Hill, after the family that owned the Schlitz brewery.)
Brewer's Hill is a historic residential district that was originally home to Milwaukee's beer barons and many of their brewery workers.
This small neighborhood was once considered part of the much larger Harambee neighborhood, but was rebranded as Brewer's Hill after the area began to undergo gentrification in the 1980s.
