Brady street is without a doubt one of the most exciting places in Milwaukee. Lined with Bars, Clubs, Resturants and unique shops Brady Street is heaven to young party goers and open-minded elders as well.

    Not as open minded as you think. An old store called "Tie Me Down" was forced out of business by the Brady Street business collective. It didn't fit the image they are trying to force on us. The old "Tie Me Down" shop now houses a beeper/cellphone store. WOW...what an improvement. I do like most of what's on Brady Street though.

    I used to live above Brady St. Hardware in the mid 90's and you could feel frigid PC winds of corporate change even then.

    Tie Me Down wasn't forced out of business. We closed due to several reasons; mostly we wanted to focus on family and do different things. We had a great time running the business. Brady Street was a great place to be at the time.
