Hillside Terrace was constructed between 1948 and 1950. An addition was completed in 1956. The complex is comprised of a 470 housing units, broken down into 470 family units and 49 seniors units in an 8 story high rise. It is the second oldest development constructed by the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee.
