Due to the fighting in Donbas in 2014, construction of the incomplete building was halted. After Kostiantynivka was liberated from terrorists at the end of 2014, the building was completely demolished.
Subsequently, a new shopping center named Sim Vitriv ('Seven Winds') was constructed in its place.
It was opened for visitors on April 20, 2019.
Since the beginning of September 2024, the shopping center has been temporarily closed due to its proximity to the frontline.
