227-foot, 21-story modernist residential building completed in 2023. Designed by Perkins & Will, it was built for the Turken Foundation to house Turkish students. The north facade is clad in white porcelain tile panels and stone veneer with an irregular pattern of punched windows with chamfered edges above the ground floor. The west facade on the avenue has a glass curtain wall, most of which is covered by a geometrically-pattered, black metal architectural screen that echoes elements of Islamic architecture, floating beyond glazed areas. The screen does not cover the south end or the ground floor, where the main entrance is, but another screen covers the recessed top floors on the north facade.

The facade treatments switch after the 15th-floor setback, where they essentially trade places. The building contains 82 apartment units.
