Bistritsa or Bistrica (Bulgarian: Бистрица) is a large village in the Pancharevo municipality, located at 15 km to the south of the capital Sofia.
The village is a home to the famous "Bistrishki Babi" - group of elderly women for traditional dances and polyphonic singing found in the Shoplouk region of Bulgaria.
