A former U.S. concentration camp established in 1974 and decommissioned soon there after due to fires and rumors of inhumane experiments. It stayed dormant for years and it remained shrouded in mystery to the locals. In the early 2000's it re-opened as a school for juvenile delinquents who were seen as unfit for the rest of the populace. Eventually the school lacked funding and opened to the public, thus inter-mingling normal citizens and delinquents. The laboratory and chambers under the school were said to be completely abandoned but the administration quickly reinstated the sick experiments performed before it was shut down. Speculation and the little information suggests that the school is working on an advanced "Brain Scorcher" device. At higher frequency the Brain Scorcher could scramble the human mind to such an extent that they'd be a zombie of their former self but could maintain jobs. The idea of the experiment is to created a perfect class of workers who have no mental capacity for free thought but can still perform working tasks for cheap. A servant class essentially. From what you can see the experimental Brain Scorcher is successful. It's been said to be running at half the power since 2006. The school propagates drug use to weaken the mental will of most of the students so the Brain Scorcher can work on their minds. Other students who maintain a good hold of their own will feel effects of the Brain Scorcher, anxiety, depression, mood sings, anger, mistrust for others, and in some cases nosebleeds and vomiting.
Want proof of this? Simply visit the school after 3pm when the mindless drones shamble out of the building. You can even notice the other students whose wills have not completely been shattered who seem to be shrouded in depression and behave indifferently.
