6-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1899. Designed by Schneider & Herter, it is clad in buff-colored brick with terra-cotta ornament. The third story windows are round-arched with a unifying foliate band course. Most of the building's windows have contrasting white lintels and sills contrasting the darker brick background. The fourth and fifth story windows are capped by prominent lintels carried on brackets. The top floor terminates in arched windows and moldings repeating the motif of the third floor. The building is crowned by a heavy cornice carried on brackets.

The ground floor is occupied by Moustache Mediterranean restaurant, and The Little Owl restaurant. The building is well-known for depicting the exterior of the apartment on the TV show "Friends".
