Tolbooth Steeple (Glasgow)

Glasgow Tolbooth was erected on the site of its predecessor in 1626. Vacated in 1814, the main building of what was the original City Chambers was shortly afterwards removed - most of it was eventually destroyed by fire in 1926, but the original steeple still remains.
