Do Pani refers to two separate rivers merging here. The larger one is the Indus River which has a light green color here and the second one is the smaller with a deep blue color. The merger of water creates a wonderful phenomenon of two distinctively separate colored waters flowing alongside each other without getting mixed up.
The waters do mix up eventually in the Indus River, but on this spot known as 'Do Pani', they remain separate - thus creating a wonderful scenery.
Over here, we came to have a wonderful day of picnic on Sunday 21 November, 2010.
