Sargodha (Urdu: سرگودھا),is a city located in Punjab province, Pakistan. It is located in northeast Pakistan, to the north-west of Lahore by the lower Jhelum Canal. It is 10th largest city of Pakistan. It is an agricultural trade centre with varied industries.

It is an industrial centre for trade in cotton and other agricultural commodities. Hosiery, textiles, chemicals, and soap are the major manufactures.
A large Pakistan Air Force base is located in the city.

  • Our village submerged in Namal Lake in Salt Range. A new village namely Dhok Miani was set up. My father lived in Dhurnaka also and then shifted to Teh. Lodhran after the family got some land for fighting in World War-1. Migrated in 1942 to Lodhran. Migrated to Kaithal, India in 1947.
