A mixed-use building in Washington, D.C.. Designed by Vlastimil Koubek and originally named L'Enfant Plaza Hotel after Pierre Charles L'Enfant, the building was constructed from June 1971 until May 1973 at a cost of $30,000,000. The 12-floor building has a height of 158 ft (48 m) and a floor area of 1,000,000 sq ft (93,000 sq m). The hotel occupies the first two floors and top four floors of the building. The building is situated over top of 9th Street Southwest and has a 99 year lease for air rights above the street.

A fire broke out at a storeroom on the building's 12th floor on February 10, 1975, killing two people. It was managed by Loews Hotels until 2005, Coastline Hotels & Resorts until 2010 and then by by the Davidson Hotel Company until it closed for renovations in 2013. It reopened as a Hilton in 2019.

The hotel features 367 guest rooms. The hotel's lobby occupies the ground floor, with separate elevators for hotel guests and office tenants. The hotel also has a fitness center, an outdoor pool, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, and 21,000 sq ft (2,000 sq m) of meeting space, including a main ballroom and 12 meeting rooms.
