This developing area is situated in Puzhithivakkam between velachery and Madipakkam. As the area had water logging issues for long, it remained totally undeveloped. However now it has started getting facilities like roads, sewage lines, drinking water lines etc. The fact that recently Chennai corporation has taken over this area, can probably speed up all activities. Once the METRO rail line also gets commissioned linking Velachery with St Thomas mount side, and once the main Metro station comes up in Alandur/adambakkam, we can be assured of better than chennai city facilities.

I am happy that I decided at the right time to shift here!
