In this temple shiva teaching medical technics to the Saint Agasthiyar. In Thiruvanmiyur, there are three Jeeva samathis here. Valmiki Samadhi located in the Thiruvanmiyur, the great saint Srimath Pamban Swamigal samadhi located in Thiruvanmiyur. Pamban swamigal temple is well known for Pournami pooja. In this temple, guru pamban swamigal giving gnana to all the people. Thirdly Sakaray Amman jeeva samadhi also there in thiruvanmiyur. It is nice place for all.   • I miss this palce a lot!! Everything from the local tea shop, muthulakshmi mess, thyagaraja and jayanthi theatre, local tasmac ;-) and the park near to my house on 8th west street. The canopy road will always be close to me which is just after crossing the LB road, next to Bullet garage! Huh.. wish i get to live there again...
  • One of the best places to live in Chennai. Especially the South Avenue, A street that wide fully covered by trees on each side with the sun filtering itself through it, it is awesome. In summer once you enter the street you feel you have entered a air conditioned room. It has a amazing beach too and iut is very near commercial hub of Adyar, IT hub down south and most importantly the youth Hub of Besant Nagar....
