5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1891. It is clad in brownstone with a small stoop leading up to the central entrance, now with a modern glass door. The entry is framed by pilasters supporting an entablature, and there is a large window on either side, with full surrounds. Below, there are basement windows (with the areaways enclosed by an iron fence), and a basement entrance in the side of the stoop.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with full surrounds. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by an imposing, brown roof cornice with console brackets, long slender modillions, and ornamental panels, and a triangular pediment surmounting the center section, with dentils and a sunburst design. There is a matching cornice on the building to the west.
