471-foot, 41-story modernist residential building completed in 2007. Designed by Costas Kondylis & Partners, it is clad in silver glass and aluminum. One of the most notable feature is the green-tinted glass "cube" entrance that is similar to the one erected in 2006 by Macklowe Properties for an Apple store at the GM Building on Fifth Avenue between 59th and 60th Streets. The facade is set back from 52nd Street but the glass cube extends out to the sidewalk, with glass double-doors at its end.

The north facade is four bays wide, articulated by aluminum-clad piers. Thinner metal spandrels divide the floor, while yet thinner mullions within each bay organize a grid of window panes. The end bays are wider than the middle two. The south facade has three equal-width sections, with the outer two set back from the middle one. The spandrels and mullions continue on this facade, as do they on the east and west elevations. The west side is divided into seven bays by piers (again, wider at the ends), and the east side has piers articulating three bays on the north end, with a much wider bay to the south, and a wide, recessed bay at the south end. The middle section of the south facade extends up higher than the other two.

Attached to the west side of the tower is a 6-story extension called The Townhouses, that extends forward to the lot line, creating one side of the plaza that enclosed the glass entrance cube. This section is clad in dark-grey pre-cast concrete, and is four bays wide. The middle two bays contain the townhouse entrances at the ground floor, both fronted by a low set of steps and a low metal fence, and topped by metal canopies. The end bays have paired windows at the ground floor, and all four bays have double-windows across the 2nd floor. At the upper floors the two middle bays form a glass-and-aluminum curtain wall that matches the main tower, and the end bays have double-windows fronted by projecting, grey metal balconies. The east-facing front edge of the townhouse section has a single bay at the 3rd-6th floor, matching the end bays of the north facade.

The building contains 215 condominium units.
