348-foot, 31-story modernist residential building completed in 1987. Designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron, it is set back from the street with a plaza in front. The west half of the south facade projects out from the east half. Both half are mirror images, with wide outer bays fronted by projecting balconies that angle back at the outer edges, middle bays with triple-windows, and narrower inner bays with double-windows. The piers are faced in white brick, and there are grey metal spandrels between floors in each bay without balconies. The entrance is at the west half of the ground floor, framed in grey granite.

The north facade has a wide eastern bay with six window panes, then a narrow double-window bay, and a 4-window bay. The western bay is set back with five panes. The east facade is clad in tan brick with exposed floorplates. The north half is set back slightly from the south half by a small angled section with a bay of single-windows. Another bay of single-windows is located directly south of the angled section. The west elevation is a blank tan brick wall, except for the set-back north bay of four windows panes. There is a tall mechanical penthouse on the roof. The building contains 181 apartments units.
