253-foot, 20-story Beaux-Arts office building completed in 1911. Designed by Clinton & Russell, it has an imposing 5-story stone base, with wide piers (fluted in the center of both main facades, and smooth at the corners) topped by intricate Corinthian capitals at the 4th floor. There is cast-iron infill, with rounded pediments at the bottom of the 2nd floor, and carved swag in the spandrel panels between the 3rd & 4th floors. The 5th floor has ornate terra-cotta friezes between each window, and is capped by a projecting cornice with modillions and dentils. The main entrance on Broadway is set beneath a tall stone enframement with a brass doorway, topped by a paneled frieze and dentiled stone cornice.

The mid-section of the building is clad in buff-colored brick, with horizontal rustications lining the outer piers. The squared windows are slightly recessed between the narrower inner piers. Stone cornices frame the top and bottom of the 17th floor, with a 3-story top sections rising above. It is also clad in brick, with continuous piers separating bays that have metal spandrels between each floor. The exposed western wall is clad in plain brick, with squared windows, and an elevator shaft running up the north end of the wall. The ground floor is occupied by Chabad of Tribeca, a Starbucks coffee, and Andy's Deli.
