5-story Art-Deco office building completed in 1936. It is clad in white stone, with four bays of large windows and a grid of small cutouts framing the outer windows on the 2nd floor. At the center of the plain roof line is a copper-colored vertical ornament. The building was formerly occupied by Chemical Bank, and later an HSBC Bank branch.
