394-foot, 35-story modernist residential building completed in 2007. Designed by Handel Architects, the tower's ground floor is clad in grey and black marble. On the 2nd floor, the piers dividing the windows are clad in alternating vertical stripes of blue and black stone, set at 45-degree angles. At the north end, there is a small 3-story wing.

The upper floors are clad in red brick, with the windows framed in aluminum. There are open corners with wrap-around windows, and aluminum-clad sections at the southeast corner and south facade, above a setback at the 8th story. Both the north and south elevations have balconies. The roof line is marked by a broad band of red brick.

The developers, Millennium Partners, who also built Millennium Point directly to the south (as well as towers in the Lincoln Square area uptown), had a waiting list of over a thousand potential buyers for Millennium Tower Residences' 236 condominiums. The ground floor has two restaurants, Inatteso and Cafe Casano.
