4.5-story mercantile building completed in 1903. The narrow building extends through the block to Pearl Street. Both facades are clad in dark red brick on the ground floor, and between the outer piers of the 2nd floor. The rest of the Beaver Street elevation is faced in yellow-painted smooth stucco, while the opposite end is clad in yellow-painted brick. There is a single bay of triple windows on each floor. The building is currently occupied by Killarney Rose pub.
