Steel truss and plate girder bridge built in 1903 for the Pennsylvania Railroad's Panhandle Route, which crossed the northern "panhandle" of West Virginia. Since 1985, it has been part of the Port Authority of Allegheny County (PAT) light rail system, connecting downtown Pittsburgh with Station Square.
