509-foot, 49-story postmodern residential building completed in 1988. Designed by Wechsler, Grasso, Menziuso, it is clad in red brick, white stone, and black metal. The building's verticality is strongly accented by stone piers placed near the corners. Behind the building, on the west side, is an outdoor plaza with a water wall. The main entrance is at the northwest corner, between two of the piers, which widen here at the base the frame the revolving door; there is a thin, black metal canopy over the entry. To the left, the north facade of the double-height base has a bay of plate-glass infill, then four storefronts bays with black metal vents on top. The northeast corner is also chamfered at the base and framed in stone, with a storefront entrance and an extensive grey canvas canopy wrapping around and covering most of the space in front of the east facade as well. Here there are two large storefront bays, and another, smaller one at the south end with metal louvers on top.

Above the base, both the northwest and northeast corners have black metal framing around triple-windows, with the two facets joined by a metal corner mullion. There are black metal vents below each floor. The stone piers set off these corners from the middle section of the north and east facades. The north facade has three double-windows alternating with two triple-windows ; the triple-windows are fronted by rectangular concrete balconies with black metal railings, beginning at the 4th floor. The east facade has double-windows in the middle, flanked by two triple-windows with balconies. The south bay's balconies extend up to the 45th floor, above which the red brick changed to white stone at the top floors. The north bay's balconies end at the 33rd floor. On the north facade the two columns of balconies end at the 34th floor, above which there is a single set of balconies at the center, extending up to the 45th floor, where again the red brick gives way to white stone across the top floors. The two metal-and-glass corner bays set back above the 33rd floor, with the stone piers around them halving in width, and the floors above having smaller projecting corner balconies. The facade juts back out again at the 46th & 47th floors with a bay of triple-windows. The west facade matches the east side.

The 48th floor is recessed, clad in red brick, with the northwest and northeast corners set farther back. It is topped by a mechanical floor set back farther, and a rooftop water tank enclosure, also clad in red brick. The south facade has only a small double-window bay in the center, with a single-window on either side. It is brick, except for a white stone section in the middle. It is wider at the lower floors, spanning all three bays, and narrows to cover only the center bay beginning at the 23rd floor; the windows begin on the 9th floor. There are exposed floor plates across each floor, and the 46th & 47th floors are again fully clad in stone.

The building contains 232 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by High Point Cleaners, Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins, and Studio 34 Hair Salon.
