495-foot, 47-story modernist residential building completed in 1986. Designed Philip Birnbaum & Associates, the tower sits on the west side of the block, with a 20-foot through-block driveway to the east between 67th and 68th Streets and a landscaped mews designed by Abel Bainson & Associates with a cascading fountain. The tower is clad in tan brick above a grey granite base.

The main entrance is on the east side, facing the plaza, and projects from the rest of the facade, along the the middle bays of the floors above. Three of the five projecting center bays have double-windows, and the other two have French doors opening on projecting balconies with metal railings. The either side are two bays of double-windows, a tripartite windows, and end bays with double-windows. Brick piers run between each bay, and there are black metal vents in the spandrels between floors.

The west facade on the avenue has five large storefronts at the ground floor, each with a projecting center section of display-windows with angled end panes and sloped metal roofs. There are metal louvers above the storefronts. The upper floors have five bays of double-windows in the middle, with the center three slightly projecting. The next bay to either side has French doors with projecting balconies, followed by a bay of double-windows, tripartite windows, and end bays with double-windows. The north and south facades have three bays of double-windows alternating with two bays of balconies.

The building contains 448 apartment units. The ground floor along the avenue is occupied by Less&More Nail Lab, a UPS Store, and The Barbers on Amsterdam, and Le French wine shop.
