280-foot, 28-story postmodern residential building completed in 1991. Designed by Ehrenkrantz, Eckstut & Whitelaw, and Costas Kondylis & Partners LLP Architects, it has two sections - a 10-story wing on the north end of the lot, and the main 28-story trapezoidal tower. The shorter section has a rusticated white stone ground floor on a dark-grey granite water table. The upper floors are clad in orange brick. The main tower has sections of beige brick in the center and on the upper part of the south elevation, surrounded by orange brick. There are open corners with wrap-around windows. There are recessed balconies on the east facade, with long projecting balconies on the west facade. The north, south and west elevations also have shorter smaller balconies.

There are minor setbacks on the lower floors on the south and west sides, and the top two floors are setback except for at the southwest corner. Liberty View contains 303 condominium and apartments units.
