Tsangdhar Dropping Zone

this patch of slope was appreciated as the closest dropping zone to maintain the 7 brigade posistions along the namka chu by oct 1962. although on higher ground, it was under direct Chinese observation from the south thag la slopes. it was defended by two para field guns and a weak company .
