Made of brick, gray stucco, terra cotta and marble, Kingscote was designed in the Georgian style. Attributed to architect John Russell Pope while working for "Georgian Court" architect Bruce Price. Kingscote was built in 1901 for George Jay Gould’s eldest son, Kingdon, and was originally named King’s Court. Houses the Georgian Court University’s main administration building, housing the offices of the president, institutional advancement, alumni affairs, and data management.
