memorial, interesting place
This memorial features two twin walls representing the Twin Towers lying on their sides, designed by Jessica Jamroz and Frederic Schwartz. The walls are about 208 feet long just like the footprint measurements of the former WTC towers. (208 ft by 208ft) The walls bear the names of all victims killed in the September 11 attacks that were only New Jersey residents. New Jersey lost 746 of its citizens. The walls are also built to face the site where the World Trade Center towers stood.
