Hotel Palomar rejuvenated the old Santa Fe Hotel into a high dollar swankfest, but it later changed hands to The Highland, which added residential living as well.

  • The hotel's name is Hotel Palomar, with an "R" on the end.
  • This must be a commercial version of a "fixer upper". They should have dozed the old building, and put up a new one because this is some primo real estate.
  • The Attached residential building caught fire back around August of 2006
