4-story residential building originally completed in 1847 as a pair of townhouses. In 1881, they were joined under a dominant central pediment, with ground-floor storefronts, when the properties were purchased by Hugh King & Company. There is a fire escape on the right side of the facade. The building also served as the location for MTV's reality series The Real World - Back to New York in 2001. The ground floor is occupied by Beasty Feast pet supplies, and 632 on Hudson event space.
