J. Randolph Robinson {brick manufacturer} c. 1927 Georgian revival by William Lawrence Bottomley according to SPLIA. The design is sometimes mistakenly attributed to John Russell Pope who designed his earlier residence. Robinson moved here after selling first house to Philip Gossler.

Designed in brick since Robinson was involved with the brick business in the design of the old colonies; interspersed with smoke color for variety. The overall design of the home was designed in a particular fashion to echo historic details. Purchased in 1966 by Long Island University. It was used for some time as the president's house which was discontinued due to student protest over costs.

It is now called Bush-Brown Hall and houses the administrative offices Long Island University.
