  Is the developer(DNPLand) consider making this property lifestyle much like those Guarded community living lifestyle. In this way, expatriates may consider living here. Otherwise, it's going to be just another taman built by many developers all over Perai, BM, Juru, Jawi, etc.

  This project cause major floods and serious property damages to the existing residential areas such Taman Saujana Indah, Taman Impian Jaya, Taman Impian Alma and Taman Impian Indah. Complains were lodged to the Management of the Impiana Sales Office but the DNP Management took a lackadaisal and arrogant attitudes towards the sufferings of the people here. Very bad ethics and no CSR attitude as claimed by the DNP Group. Heard that there was a stop work order place on this project last April 2012 but the project continues as if nothing has happened.....
