Estate home designed c. 1912 in the Spanish Colonial style on 30 acres of land by Addison Mizner for John Alley Parker {financier}. Parker was a private investment banker and member of the New York Stock Exchange. It was later purchased by Seymour Johnson {financier} who was a member of the Chisholm & Chapman stock brokerage firm and subsequently Count Alexander Paulovitch De Leslie who had married the former wife of Johnson.

The floor plans and photos can be found on on page 30 and 31 of "Mizner's Florida, American Resort Architecture" by Donald W. Curl. Recently put up for auction in 2015.
