Warwick Chambers is a large office and retail building overlooking the lower end of Corporation Street. The classical, stone-faced building was built prior to World War II and consists of a major retail element on the lower floors.

Before a major renovation and refurbishment in 2009, the building housed a C&A store which closed when the brand closed all stores nationwide. It was then taken over by Beatties who was then taken over by House of Fraser. As a result, House of Fraser closed the store having already taken over Rackhams further up Corporation Street.

The building was then substantially renovated with the 3 storey corner unit (plus basement space) becoming JJB Sports and the main department store becoming New Look. Above New Look are four floors of office space.
