  pazhanbalakode is a place were people give more importance to celebrations in their life . Here we have mangottu kavu a bhagavathi temple were we celebrate VISHU VELA every APRIL 14th.here we have swami AYYAPPA temple which is more than 50 years.Every january 12th we celebrate AYYAPPAN VILAKU MAHOTSAVAM associated to that thousands of pilgrims go to SABARIMALA from here under Sri.Gangadhara guruswami's leadership

  Pazhambalakode is part of tharur panchayath. Tharur panchayat is governed by CPM and panchayath President is Mr. M A Anil Kumar, an young and energetic fellow.

  Pazhambalkode is a small village town sorround by vast extend of paddy feild and rubber estates near by places thottinpalla, parakkalparambu tharoor ,nechoor,choolannoor, All the villagers are very kind and understanding. there is a high school named SMM HS it has created lots of talents meny of them are serving for the nation.   pazhambalacode is the place of gods.....yes gods own village.. surrounding by lots of tembles.loving shore gaythri theeram....sure gayathri Devi is our god..but we are calling mangottu kavillamma..sree krishna kshetram,antimahakalan kshetram Lots of temples.... loving festivels are here like vishu vela,bhajana maholsvam, ayyappan villakku,tamil ponngal festivals more&more defenetly you come once YOU WILL COME BACK FOR MORE

  ഞാൻ ജനിച്ചു വളർന്ന എന്റെ സ്വന്തം സ്ഥലം ആണ് പഴമ്പാലക്കോട് .പുഴകളും ,അമ്പലവും ,മുസ്ലിം പള്ളിയും ,ക്രിസ്റ്റൻ പള്ളിയും എല്ലാം ഉള്ള മനോഹര ഗ്രാമം .സ്നേഹിക്കാൻ മാത്രം അറിയുന്ന നല്ലവരായ മനുഷ്യർ.വിഷു വേലയും ,അയ്യപ്പൻ വിളക്കും ,പള്ളിപെരുന്നാലും എല്ലാം ഒന്നിച്ചു ആഘോഷിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഗ്രാമം ,ഇതാണ് ഈ ഗ്രാമത്തിന്റെ പ്രേത്യകത .
