144-foot, 13-story Art-Deco cooperative-apartment building completed in 1949. Designed by DeYoung, Moskowitz & Rosenberg, the cream-colored brick façade is fronted by a canopied, recessed entrance with a white marble entrance surround; it has glass double-doors. To the east are three windows and a recessed metal service door, and to the west are two windows and a pair of metal service doors.

The fascia is distinguished on the upper floors by its many string courses which band the building horizontally with a thin projecting course of brick work. These architectural accents are meant to emphasize the junction between floors and bring a linear feel. There are three bays of windows in the middle, flanked by wider bays of triple-windows and end bays of tripartite windows, all with thin metal framing. The facade is dotted with protruding air-conditioning units.

The ends set back above the 10th floor, while the middle section extends up to the 12th, but with two bays of wider tripartite windows at the 11th & 12th floors. The ends of the middle section are angled at the 11th & 12th floors, and each of the setbacks has a metal railing. The building contains 45 apartments.
