9-story Neo-Renaissance residential building completed in 1920. Designed by D. Everett Waid, it is clad in reddish-brown brick above a 2-story base of black-painted stone. The ground floor has a central entrance with glass double-doors in an intricate molding topped by an ornate entablature, also painted, with foliate carvings around a central shield; pinnacles rise from the ends of the entablature to frame the base of the 2nd-floor window above. To the left of the main entrance is a round-arched openings with a recessed door, and a wide display-window. To the right are several service doors. The 2nd floor has a large single-window in the center, with an iron railing at its base, and an ornate carved panel above, featuring a pair of shields inscribed in wreaths, and ribbons between finial-like elements at the ends. On either side is a narrow window with an iron grille, and two single-windows. A black metal cornice caps the base.

The upper floors have a center bay of double-windows, and end bays of double-windows, with a bay of single-windows between each. There are low iron railings fronting the bases of the outer bays at the 3rd floor, and a stone sill course across the 4th floor. An iron balcony and railing fronts the three middle bays at the 8th floor, and another sill course sets off the top floor, which has round-arched windows. The brickwork of the top floors has a cross-hatched pattern, and the facade is crowned by a dentiled roof cornice.

The building contains 28 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Concept by Design.
