144-foot, 13-story Neo-Gothic residential building completed in 1915. Designed by Buchman & Fox, it is clad in white terra-cotta above a ground floor of dark-grey stone. The entrance, with a glass door below a rounded, red canvas canopy, is on the right, with a small storefront to the left.

The upper floor have six single-windows separated by thin pilasters. The outer piers and spandels between floors are decorated with various Gothic ornament, including shields, arches, and vines. A round panel at the center of the spandrel between the 2nd & 3rd floors bears the monogram EWB, for the building's original owner and developer Edward West Browning. Between some of the floors are continuous spandrels, while others have individual panels at each bay. At the top floor there are angled projections at the end piers, and similar shorter, angled projections along the top of the facade, above each pilaster.

The west elevation is clad in brown brick, with a short, keyed return of the white terra-cotta at the front edge. The front of this facade has two bays of double-windows, the middle section has two recessed fire escapes flanking another window bay, and the rear has two more double-window bays. The building contains 50 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by BodyBrite skin care clinic.
