133-foot, 12-story Neo-Renaissance residential building completed in 1912. Designed by Schwartz & Gross, it is clad in reddish-brown brick above a 2-story limestone base with a light-grey granite water table. The main entrance is in the center of the east facade's seven bays, with wrought-iron-and-glass double-doors covered by a rounded red canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk, atop two short steps, and set in a shallow arch with a large, scrolled keystone.

Every window bay has tripartite windows with black iron mullions that are quite thin on the upper floors, but wider on the ground floor, which also has iron grilles. Simple 2-story surrounds frame the windows at the base, with incised spandrel panels and keystones above the windows on both floors. The upper floors have stone balconies with balustrades, carried on pairs of scrolled brackets, at the center and 2nd bay from each side on the 3rd floor, the center bay on the 6th floor, the 2nd bay from each side on the 8th floor, and across the three center bays on the 10th floor. The window bays have simple stone sills and the facade is dotted with protruding air-conditioning units. The 11th floor is set off by a string course and has terra-cotta panels on the piers that are adorned with large shields. A stone cornice with modillions and dentils caps the 11th floor. The 12th floor has a stone lintel course and keystones above the windows, and the facade is topped by a ribbed band course.

The south facade on 91st Street has nine bays, with another entrance in the center bay, this one the entrance to Twin Parks Montessori School, which occupied part of the base. The doorway is accessed by a ramp descending to the west and stairs to the east; it has wrought-iron-and-glass double-doors. The center bay has tripartite windows, and the others all have double-windows, with the 2nd & 3rd bay from each end paired together. The ground-floor windows have iron grilles, and the ornament matches that established on the Central Park West facade.

The rear, west elevation is clad in red brick at its southern half, where it has two bays of tripartite windows and one single-window bay. The north half is set back and clad in beige brick, with three tripartite bays and one single-window bay. There is a light court in the middle of the building.

The building contains 42 apartment units.
