Build during the 70'-80', initialy name was "SUC=Department of Complex Equipment"
In the 80', here was build petroleum drilling.
The factory, ruled by engineer Loghin, was one of the best-know in Romania.
The nickname of this factory is "Metalo".

    Until the 80', was a section of " enterprise of gearboxes and fans" Vaslui. Also, here was made equipment for food industry

    Initial, era o sectie a "Intreprinderii de reductoare si ventilatoare Vaslui". Din anii 80' a trecut sub patronajul "Intreprinderii de utilaj petrolier 1 Mai Ploiesti" (actuala "Upetrom"), schimbandu-s numele in "Sectia de Utilaj Complex SUC". In aceasta perioada, sub conducerea inginerului Theodor Loghin, devine o intreprindere de top din Romania. Dupa 1990, si-a schimbat denumirea in "Sc Petal Husi".
