Carom Onesti is a synthetic rubber manufacturing company in Romania. Carom was the first and only factory in Romania that produces synthetic rubber. It was part of Onesti Petrochemical Platform which was divided in 1990, the three combined: Rafo and Carom Chimcomplex.
