Lake Aloha

Lake Aloha (PCT runs along north shore)is a shallow alpine lake in the shadow of Pyramid Peak. It shows up on older USGS maps as being a series of small lakes, but a dam at the southeast end of the lake increased its depth and controls the outflow. Water leaving the lake creates Horse Tail Falls, near Twin Bridges, CA
