Built for Duncan Holmes{banking, Chase Securities Corp.} Georgian Revival on 53-acres c. 1920's. In 1930 William and Elsie Woodward{2MrsGrenvilleFame} purchased estate. Fine flooring and paneling throughout home. Library - Butternut, Study - Pine. Unknown architect. Sixteen bedrooms including five guest and six servants.

The estate was demolished in 2019.
